Schott Bandpass Filters

UQG Optics Schott Bandpass colour glass filters are used to transmit a section of the spectrum and rejecting all other wavelengths. These high stability and durability filters join a region of high transmission (pass band) and shorter/longer wavelength blocking range (low transmission). The filter glass is manufactured in different thicknesses which multiply the number of filter effects. By combining different filters together you can achieve additional filter effects.

Commonly used for chemical, forensic, medical and pharmaceutical applications. They are also a popular filter in R&D industries.

We stock a complete wavelength range of Schott glass filters and our custom range is extensive polishing to precise thicknesses. Options includes optical coatings and low cost filter equivalents for less demanding applications.
